The community is there to help you, if you can enter the game, often the regular players may be able to help you out. The following e-mails are your best bet when all else fails. Slurpy is a very busy guy, so mail sent directly to him may not be answered right away. It's preferred that you contact Tinkerbell directly at the Wulfram Support address below, and allow her the discretion to involve Slurpy with your particular issue.

Sometimes language is a barrier, or it's just too difficult to explain what is going on. In those times it's just easier to give control of your desktop to Slurpy so he can spend some time in your environment. This does require a level of trust from you, but the effect is a sort of Slurpy housecall, allowing him to virtually sit at your computer and fix the problems himself. It does require that you have a DSL/Cable or better, internet connection as well.

Note: You will be able to see everything Slurpy is doing while he is using this application to control your desktop.
