About custom keymaps.
Many Vista users are also encountering issues when trying to make changes to their default controls.
The following is not exactly an elegant solution, but should allow you to make the changes desired.
1. Copy the desired keymap file from the Wulfram folder to either your current Desktop, or My Documents folder.
2. Edit this new file in Notepad, or any other text editor, and save as you would normally.
3. Overwrite your old keymap with the new file.
If this fails to resolve the issue please contact Tinkerbell at: wulfram.techsupport at gmail dot com
